Item Description
Week 1 Is going to cover basic jab and cross- these are punches. Each class will review blocks because the most important part of striking is not getting hit.
Week 2 is going to involve closer quarters strikes while still reviewing blocks and punches. These strikes will be the hook, uppercut, and elbow strikes.
Week 3 will continue to cover blocks, but will move to strikes thrown with the lower body including knee strikes and a front kick.
Week 4 will cover ground striking and will bring the first three classes together as well as add strikes such as hammer fist.
All of the weeks will work on blocks, stance/positioning, and include a WOD at the end of the class.
